Neil D. Ross, DDS 
Dr. Neil Ross has been in the exclusive practice of orthodontics since 1977and is the only board certified orthodontist in Los Altos. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics www.americanboardortho.com and has lectured at the University of Pacific School of Dentistry www.dental.pacific.edu, Stanford University Sleep Disorders Clinic www.stanford.edu.school/psychiatry/coe/, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists www.pcsortho.org, and the American Association of Orthodontists www.braces.org/. These presentations included orthodontic diagnosis, use of magnets in erupting displaced teeth and sleep apnea.
Dr. Ross was president of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society www.mpds.org/home.hmtl, the local component of the California Dental Association www.cda.org/, and currently serves on the board of the Stanford Medical Youth Science Program www.smysp.stanford.edu/.
Dr. Ross is a native of San Francisco and attended high school on the peninsula. His bachelor’s degree in psychology was earned at the University of Southern California www.usc.edu/. He received the DDS degree at Washington University in St. Louis www.wustl.edu/. He then did an internship at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu www.queensmedicalcenter.net and returned to Los Altos to practice general dentistry. In 1975 Dr. Ross returned to dental school for a residency in orthodontics at the University of Pacific School of Dentistry .
Dr. Ross is an avid skier, cyclist and attempts to play golf. He is a member of the Olympic Club in San Francisco and the Palo Altos Hills Golf www.pahgcc.com and Country Club www.olyclub.com.
Gregory R. Burnett, DDS 
Dr Gregory Burnett joined Los Altos Orthodontics in 2003. He is a native of Los Gatos and currently resides there with his wife and daughter. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara www.ucsb.edu/ then moved back to the Bay Area where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. Orthodontic training followed at New York University www.nyu.edu/dental/, and he has been in active practice since 1994.
Dr. Burnett received academic recognition in dental school being selected for both the UOP (Tau Kappa Omega) and national (Omicron Kappa Upsilon www.oku.org/) honor societies.
Dr. Burnett is currently on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, the local component of the California Dental Society, and pursues mountain biking, skiing, and acoustic guitar playing in his spare time.
